Data we collect
Contact form data (name, email, phone, event details), email addresses submitted for the Event Tech Readiness Checklist, and self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page views only, no personal identifiers).
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your requests and deliver the materials you asked for (pre-contractual measures, GDPR Art. 6.1.b) or, where explicitly checked, to send updates you consented to (GDPR Art. 6.1.a).
Retention
Lead data is retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted automatically, unless a business relationship is established.
Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Third parties
Your data is never sold. It is processed using EU-based infrastructure, including our self-hosted email server (Mailcow), and shared only with providers strictly necessary to fulfill your request.
