Burillo Fest was a 199-guest boutique festival in the Tuscan woods — an 8-day marathon spread across the whole month of August. We built everything from scratch: an offline-first PWA POS with thermal printers, a Raspberry Pi mesh network in a zero-connectivity environment, a custom Treasure Hunt PWA, full AV production with live VJing, a VR & Sim Racing zone, and complete social media coverage by AutentID.
